Asian hair is probably the most naturally beautiful hair in the world. It always saddens me when I see Asian girls fighting their natural color and texture. In this case, the cut looks good, but while the picture isn't that great (speaking strictly of photo quality and lighting) the color you've chosen doesn't look natural, and overall it looks like it's lacking in shine, probably from the coloring. I would go back to your natural color and let the damage grow out.

It is straight so I like straight hair but your hair is too long.

I like it. It looks long and red from what I can see, but I can't see much... if you could somehow show us a bigger picture then I would comment a little more. It looks nice though...
