FIrst, take your bridesmaids to a mall and go through all the stores like macys, and dillards look through the clearances on prom and formalwear. Look through the ladies and juniors apparell. You can get dresses pretty cheap. The less amount of bridemaids the better ytour chances on finding dresses the right size and colors. Then try looking for classified ads in your area and find a used wedding dress. It will be cheaper and you can always get it altered. good luck!

One of my friend's sister was on a 2-month time crunch for her wedding. She went to David's Bridal and got an absolutely gorgeous dress for $90. It had originallly been over $300, but they had it on sale. I got my wedding dress pretty cheap, also, because I bought it off the rack. Definitely call around & go to a lot of places. You're sure to find something. As for bridesmaids dresses. If your wedding is casual just go to a store and get some cute summer dresses. Hopefully you find everything you want! Congrats on your wedding!

Check out ebay. If you have a found a style, or a designer that you like, search for that on Ebay. I just found a brand new, never been worn, wedding dress on Ebay for $90.00. It was the one that I had wanted to buy from David's Bridal, and it was the same size.
We also bought the bridesmaids dresses on Ebay, both new, for only $25.00.
If you go with rentals, usually they tend to be bad fitting, and you can't alter them if you need to.

Rentals sometimes cost as much as some of the less expensive gowns. I bought my wedding dress at jcrew.com for only $300. And they have bridesmaids dresses too. I've also noticed some of the same ones on ebay.com for less money.

I bought a 2 ring slip for $50 and it is absolutely horrible. I then went to a boutique and asked to rent one out. I suggest going for natural flow (no ring, full of chiffon) slips. This way no matter which way anyone turns it will not look odd. Definitely check ebay or some bridal sites for slips and ask around for rental places. Good luck!

here is a site that you can buy a beautiful dress for pretty cheap and they also have bridesmaid dresses. And I also understand why you would want to pay for your bridesmaids dresses but a lot of people have the bridesmaids buy their own dress. Just a thought.
