What else do you need to report to IRS??
do you report the money you got from the goverment like sec8, TANF and how about the money you claim for your accident is that part of a INCOME TOO??

The items of which you speak (although I don't know what "TANF" is) sound like unreportable items. It appears you are getting welfare, disability or something along those lines. Those things are not taxable.

Items like wages, bank interest, investment income, etc. are the items that are reportable. Also, typically if you receive documents in January, such as W-2 & 1099's or something that indicates that Federal tax was taken or could have been taken out, then those are reportable.

I say typically, because the IRS also states that items such as bribes, prostitution income, stolen items, etc. are reportable and taxable as well.

If you don't get a better answer from anyone else, you could check with a CPA, IRS agent, or read the tax return directions (if you can understand them, I probably couldn't)
