My son is 22 his girl friend is 18, They speek to me like dirt. the girl slams around, and shoots dirty looks at me constantly. And my son uses language tword me that is discrasefull. ( shut the F&^% up!) etc. I have called them both on this behavior a number of times. I have tried to be extra nice and agreeable, all to no avail. Is this something that this age of kids is doing? The worst part is this all goes on in front of my Autistic 8 year old! I've recently told them to move out, Ofcorse this has added fule to the fire. HELP!!! What do you sugust I do about it?

Move out is the RIGHT answer! I am 23 and it is NOT the new trend to speak that way to your parents! While under YOUR roof, they obey your rules or they get OUT. Fuel to the fire or not. Your son is a grown child, your responsibility is to your 8yr old. They need to shape up or ship out! Good Luck! You are doing the right thing!

Has your son always been disrespectful,or has this behavior started recently? He might be trying to impress his immature girlfriend in a very stupid way.Tell them that their behavior is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.Write them a letter stating that they have 30 days to move out(make sure to give it to them in front of a witness). If they are not out by then, put all their things outside and change the locks immediately.Check your local laws to see if you can kick them out sooner. It's time for your "little boy" to grow up and time for you to give him a reality check.

Pack their things now and when they get home tell them to leave. I'm serious make them get out even if it's hard to do. They need to learn respect and the value of a dollar. When they learn those lessons I'm sure they'll be a pleasure and even a help to have at home. Best of Luck!

Call the police. You do not have to put up with crap like that from adult children. If it were any other adult I'm sure you'd press harassment charges.

These "grown folks" need their own place. You should not have to suffer such mental & emotional abuse. U own these children nothing. Give them the boot.
