Christians,

Am I correct in saying that you have to believe in God and Jesus to go to heaven? What about the MAJORITY of the Earth that does not believe in them? What is going to happen to them?

ALL WILL BE MADE AS NEW AND PERFECT AS BEFORE EDEN.

remembered, nor come into mind.

This saith the LORD, The heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool:
where is the house ye build for me? and where is the place of my rest.
22 For as the new heavens and the new earth, which I will make, shall remain
before me, saith the LORD, So shall your seed and your name remain.

of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband, 3 And I heard a
great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with
men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God
himself shall be with them, and be their God.

That is not correct. Many Christians in the US maintain that a belief in Christ is essential to salvation, but that view is not shared by all Christians. As far back as the 2nd century many Christians advocated Universalism, or the idea that all human beings would be saved. Some modern Christians still advocate this view. Many Christians today maintain that salvation is not contingent on a belief in Jesus. The New Testament clearly states that non-Christians are capable of knowing God and keeping the law written on the conscience. Anyone who is saved is saved by Jesus, whether they have heard the Gospel or not.

Rick - you will see great signs and wonders and two prophets preaching from Jerusalem that will be very convincing. God will give mankind every possible chance to repent and turn to Him. Do you even know how unreal it is to have the Jewish people back in Israel in a nation born in a day and speaking the Hebrew language? Do you even realize how miraculous the Six Day War was? Have you ever taken the time to read the Bible for yourself?
The prophesies being fulfilled in my lifetime are staggering. The Bible is our future today. Read your future today. There will come a day that all one needs is to call upon the name of Jesus and you will be saved. However, the tribulation is not a time period that anyone with any intelligence would want to live. The wicked will be given plenty of chances to repent, but one day your chances will run out. The Bible warns us of THAT DAY.

Hey, I am a good 'Christian' who is also a Catholic (all Catholics are Christians, by the way) and I do NOT believe that only 'Christians' will go to Heaven, nor do I believe that only people who believe in God and Jesus will go to Heaven, but I do believe that God loves each and every one of us so much that we will all be 'given a chance' to get to Heaven at the 'last judgement' no matter what we 'believe now' as long as our souls are far more 'good' than they are 'evil.'

According to the Bible (the Absolute Truth), the people who do not accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior will go to hell. It was created for the fallen angels, but the wages of sin is death so everyone that does not have their sins forgiven and covered by the Blood of Jesus will go to the lake of fire (hell). Check out John 3:16, Roman 3:23, and Revelation 3:20.

the thing that most Christians while they are terrorizing the rest of the world with hell is that the bible says over and over again that god will have all saved here are a few. for u

1Tim 2:4 God will have all to be saved. (KJV) Can His will be thwarted?

2) 1Tim 2:4 God desires all to come to the knowledge of truth Will His desire come to pass?

3) 1Tim 2:6 Salvation of all is testified in due time Are we judging God before due time?

4) Jn 12:47 Jesus came to save all Will He succeed?

5) Eph 1:11 God works all after the counsel of His will Can your will overcome His?

6) Jn 4:42 Jesus is Savior of the world Can He be Savior of all without saving all?

7) 1Jn 4:14 Jesus is Savior of the world Why don’t we believe it?

and there is more but most hell casters seem to mis these verses in the bible and use hell as a scare tactic. i don't think god would want u to come to him out of fear and plus i don't belive the ones that will tell u that god is our father then in the next word say well he will send u to hell for not coming to him? i don't know one father that would do that to his children

I believe that God understands us better than we understand ourselves. I believe that God does not want any of us to suffer, and because of this I believe that everyone will go to heaven. God is all forgiving. The people that do not believe will believe when they die and see God, then they will ask for forgiveness and God will forgive. We should pray for mercy for everyone, including ourselves. Just because you believe in God, and you are a Christian, does not mean that you are a good person. God understands, we just have to have faith in that. When I think of God, I think of a parent. We are Gods children , all of us. If you had a kid, and your kid did not listen to you, or believe in you, would you still just send them to hell? I think not. I would stay by my children and love them anyways, this is what unconditional love is all about. Why make a creation, if you are not going to give it your unconditional love?

It is going to melt and burn away. " And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away ; and there was no more sea" Rev.21:1.That easy enough for you all to understand. You won't want to be here I promise.

Ryan S, You need to stop taking scripture out of context.""He that rejecteth me , and receiveth not my words , hath one that judgeth him:the word that I have spoken , the same shall judge him in the last day" John 12:48

Don't let the fundamentalists make you think all Christians have apocolyptic beliefs. Most of us leave that stuff up to God, and don't have an agenda regarding the end of the world. Certainly we believe that those who believe have a chance at salvation, but I don't believe in a God who would create humanity just to burn it for eternity if they missed the right message, and neither do most intelligent Christians.

Those who willfully remain ignorant of God's will, and those who practice false religion and those who are ruining the earth will be destroyed( revelation 11:17,18), and only 144,000 people will go to heaven(revelation 14:1-3), the rest will live forever on earth in peace and happiness.(psalm 37:9,11,29- revelation 7:9,10).

Jehovah's purpose for the earth is for humans to live forever in perfect health and happiness.(Isaiah 45:18. see also Isaiah 55:10,11)

There are conditions that we must meet in order to be given the promised gift of eternal life. Zephaniah2:3, Psalm 37:9,11.
