For some reason am very rarely attracted to people enough that I want to know them genuinely.

I am only attracted to young (?!) men who are really beautiful ( I know that sounds shallow but boys do it all the time and the whole point of looking is that you fancy a person so please don't give me all the **** about personality).

Obviously personality is very important. They have to have high standards and be charming. Basically where in this day and age do you find a Paul Newman, a Marlon Brando (forget the high standards thing here), a John Taylor from Duran Duran,Peter O'Toole with personalities like that Face guy from The A Team, Peter O'Toole and Marlon Brando, just different from the ordinary everyday guys of Britain today who all the care about is drinking and cheapening themselves.

Where are you? Where do you find such divine creatures? Another planet?

and therein lies the problem- I am not desperate and that is why I don't like going out with people because I just don't fancy them.

Then again I don't go to clubs- I don't like people who go to oubs and nightclubs either. I'm not seriously asking anyway. Just a general question where are they? are there any? All I seem to see is is all these filthy types who dress badly and drink like fish.

Maybe you should get out more. I also think you need to change the venues were you hang out. Try trendy nightclubs rather then pubs and upmarket eateries instead of your local takeaway shop. Incidentally, where do you live? Maybe you should move to a more populated area. I completely agree with you; the outside of a person is more then just important. Because lets be honest that is what attracts us to begin with. But when the sexual buzz and the initial crush wears off you will need someone you can carry on a conversation with.
