Very good question! Actually the answer is a little more complicated than that to say just God or the Devil. But to answer the Bible says Jesus has the Keys of Hell and death so if you want the simple version and you believe Jesus is God like I do; then God has the Keys of Hell and Death here is the proof; Revelation 1:18 I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.
But this was not always so because before Jesus toke the keys Satan had power over Hell and Death which he received in the Garden of Eden when he got mankind to fall. So from the time of the fall of man until Jesus went down into Hell and released all the prisoners there Satan owned these key, here is where the Bible says Jesus preached to lost souls in hell that did not listen to Noah in his day about Jesus coming; 1 Peter 3:19 By which also he went and preached unto the spirits in prison;
20 Which sometime were disobedient, when once the longsuffering of God waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was a preparing, wherein few, that is, eight souls were saved by water.
Now Satan still has children on the earth just like God does, this is evedent by wars and evil things that happen at hands of evil men, I think Jesus lets Satan deal with his own children as he sees fit but the power of death is Gods. God got the Keys to release all of the Old testament saints from the grave; Matthew 27:52 And the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints which slept arose,53 And came out of the graves after his resurrection, and went into the holy city, and appeared unto many.
And as crazy as it sounds the Bible teaches there will come a time where people will seek death and not be able to find it; Revelation 9:6 And in those days shall men seek death, and shall not find it; and shall desire to die, and death shall flee from them.
This is the tribulation period and how horrible it would be to be seriously hurt and not be able to die

I don't think anyone decides when it is time for you to die. I mean God would not tell you to jump out in front of a bus, that is your own mind and your own free will that God gave you. But at the same time, you don't decide to suddenly have an ilness. But it could not be God either because if it was, God would control all death.
Also I don't think the devil has the power to kill someone. Yes, he could enter your mind and try to tell you to do something but because of that free will thing again he cannot make you do it. So I say it just happens when it happens, it's just fate.

All of the given answers are wrong. Cos no one decides the time to die..Cos time doesn't exist, it is just a virtual medium for human beings to calculate the number of revolutions the earth has taken around the sun and its own axis. However, the cycle repeats itself. Thus, there is no such thing as time.
And both God and Devil do not own watches anyway, so they can't tell the time.

Only God. However, if you are dumb enough to make the Devil your god, and renounce the Living God, the Devil may take your life. " Naked came I out of my mother's womb, and naked shall I return thither: the Lord gave, and the Lord hath taken away; blessed be the name of the Lord." Job 1:21.
A little further back vs. 6 read this. " Now there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the Lord, and Satan came also among them." Then vs. 9-13; " Then Satan answered the Lord, and said, Doth Job fear God for nought? Hast not thou made an hedge about him, and about his house, and about all that he hath on every side? thou hast blessed the work of his hands, and his substance is increased in the land,. But put forth thine hand now, and touch all that he hath, and he will curse thee to thy face."
Take a look at God's reply. " And the Lord said unto Satan, Behold, all that he hath is in thy power; only upon himself put not forth thine hand." Job 1:14.
You see in this scenario, who has the upper hand and who makes the decisions about life and death.

its God cos he is the only person who knows what is best for every single person on earth. he knows how your future is gonna be like and some times he uses death to protect us from challenges that are yet to come and destroy our relationship with him while sometimes he uses death to stop us from spoiling our life even more when we go in the wrong path and he is unable to get us back to the right path quickly without the devil interfering.

Jesus said, "The devil comes to steal kill and destroy, but I have come to give life and life abundant."
When your not for God in your life your against Him, which puts you in the devils hands...the devil isn't a good friend or protector so He will do to you whatever he wants to...
God will always protect you and give you the longest fullest life you can possibly have...

Neither. Being imaginary, their only influence is through those who think they are real. Gods followers have certainly killed more than Satan's have. It seems as if it should be the other way around, but I guess there is really no explaining the behavior of people who live in imaginary and fictitious worlds.

God does. Even if it is the devil that takes them out, He still has the final say on life and death.
