We just had one of those in my family. We sent out a letter to family members and close friends asking for little poems, fond memories, etc., about the couple. After we collected them, we put them together in a little book, complete with pictures of the people who had written in.
At the reception, we had 8 or so books on every table and the grandkids read a few out loud.
