I lost a wonderful corn pudding recipe that made a dish that was sweet, not too eggy and had a firm consistancy. Can you help!

Here are 2 recipes.

1. Corn Pudding Recipe

1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
4 teaspoons sugar
3 tablespoons butter, melted
2 cups whole kernel corn
4 large eggs
4 cups milk

In a lightly buttered casserole dish, combine flour, salt, and sugar; mix in corn and butter. Beat eggs and add to milk. Stir into the corn mixture. Preheat oven to 450°.
Place in oven for 10 minutes.

2. Corn Pudding Recipe

1 ( 8 1/2 oz ) box Jiffy Corn Muffin mix
1 ( 16 oz ) can Whole Kernel Corn with juice
1 ( 16 oz ) can of Cream Corn
1 stick of melted butter or margarine
1 cup sour cream
2 eggs

Mix all ingredients until blended.Pour into big flat baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 for 45-50 minutes or until lightly browned.

This is a good one

1 Jiffy Corn muffin mix
2 C cream corn
1 C canned niblets corn (with 1/2C juice from corn)
1/2 C melted butter
2 beaten eggs
1 16 oz sour cream
salt
pepper
2 oz shredded chedder

Combine all ingredients except for the cheese. Add to a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes . Remove from oven and top with cheese. Bake another 20 minutes.
