I am constantly worrying about everything. I am always worried that my friends or boyfriend or anyone else is mad at me or hates me when they don't or arent. Yeah, I have worked on it by going to a psychologist, getting on meds, trying all the techniques but it still takes over my life. It's stressing me out! Anyone gone through this and figured out what to do?

It should be easy if you believe in God. Believe in Him and that everything will work out the way it's supposed to according to Gods' plan, It may not be what you want, but it will be want you need. Faith counters worry, and fear. and meds work their best when you become responsible for your thoughts and actions.

Read Richard Carlson's "How to be Happy No Matter What." It's a great book on how to get your thoughts under control. Richard Carlson also wrote "Don't Sweat the Small Stuff."

Ask your self some questions like why is your boyfriend with you or why do my friends hang out with me. Is it because I worry they hate me or is it because they like me for who I am. If that doesn't work try to do yoga.

haha i am the same way...
i think im a hypochondriac and it can take over your life
nothing is wrong with worrying about your friends and family...but when you start to worry too much just think and tell yourself to back off and leave it a lone...i know how hard it is..because im just like you it sounds like!
