The first, "U look pretty fly", means the speaker thinks the listener is attractive (or cool or really together, except then the verb wouldn't be 'look').
The second, "Hayley1125@yahoo.com" is someone's e-mail address. It isn't slang at all.

It is usually said to a winged insect which is striking in its appearance either due to the pretty color, or the acrobatic tricks that it does as it buzzes around looking for food to land on.
The expression is usually used as follows, "you look pretty, fly" and then the person grabs a flyswatter and says "but you still have to die!"
