i remind you that you should be happy your sister is still here to drive you crazy...i'm jealous...just talk to her...maybe she is repeating herself because she really feels no one is even listening to the things she says...

how old is she? does she have a medical problem? listen then repeat it back to her to make sure she realizes what shes saying.
Just nicely remind her that she doesnt need to repeat herself unless the person shes talking to asks her to. it may be an unconscious habit or a part of lack of confidence. wanting to make sure shes heard and understood.

go away from her!!! and let her repeat herself to herself. plus if shes just doing it around you , SHE WANTS YOUR ATTENTION for some sort of reason. ask her without being rude to her why she keeps irrataing you and then maybe shell stop. cuz shes going to keep doing because she knows you dont like it

Ignore her. If she's doing it to get a rise out of you, she'll stop if it's not working. If she's doing it just because she's clueless, then she'll get the hint.

Turn the tables on her and just stare at her, constantly. That ought to shut her up.

Maybe she is trying to annoy you on purpose. As it is, I do not have enough information to tell you more than that.

Validate what she's saying. "Yes, I hear that and then...?"
Help her to become "unstuck" by letting her know that you hear her and want to hear the rest.
Yes,it's irritating so be nice and be patient; be nice and be patient, be nice and be patient. (lol)
