increased protein intake has no effect on athletic performance while creatine supplementation does.

so it really depends on what your goals are. increased intake of protein can help to increase lean body mas and decrease body fat stores. creatine can also help to increase lean body mass.

if your budget allows I would use both.

there are different methods of "creatine loading". all of them work. I posted a medical study below that shows the differences. It's rather scientific so take your time reading it.

Wrong, protein is best BEFORE and AFTER a workout. Whey protein is the best because it gets digested quickly, while creatine takes time to digest and get to the muscles.

Creatine because it supplys you w/ energy.

Protein is better for "after" your workout.
