My grandfather left my grandma before my father was born, they were in high school, I don't blame him, but I do want to meet him, are there any sites I can go to and try to find him? thanks

I only know his last name for sure, I can't seem to get a positive answer as to his first name. The one person who knows for sure, my grandma, won't talk about it...
