A peptic ulcer can. If you're asking this because of recent frequent vomiting, this can be caused by things other than an ulcer.

No, it only makes talking and eating more difficult. Max. ulcers I used to have is 7, very painful. My advice drink more water.

Yes it can...especially if it starts to bleed. Watch out for coffee ground vomitus, that's a sure way to know you have a bleeding ulcer.
