i love my boyfriend! but i somtimes have dreams that my ex still loves me. i was only with him for no more then 3 months. but he broke my heart, and i see him every day at skool, i only have these dreams when im not sleeping next to my boyfriend.....

actually you're dreaming about him because of the situation that you went through with him.... breaking your heart, I don't think you still want him or love him, the relationship traumatized you. there is still a link connecting to him, the booboo on your heart. Think about this he's not worth it to think about that results to dreaming, you had a nice realtionship now 2 yrs, keep that one and take care of it.

u drem cause u were hurt and u either want forgiveness or revenge (unconsciously) we really cannot control what we dream about but u may want to consider some counseling----I would bet after school when u r not seeing this guy on a daily basis that the dreams will subside. good luck

How can you control your dreams? Seems silly to be concerned about something you have no control over. When you sleep your subconscious mind wanders and you have no control over what it decided to produce. It is one thing to be daydreaming over an ex constantly but to fret over something that happens when you sleep is silly. Its like asking if it is ok to breathe.

dreaming about your ex-romance does not predict future involvement. It may be wish-fulfillment, reliving memories, or working out old issues.

it sounds like youre not quite over him. you need to talk about your feelings with someone objective or write in a journal. get those confused thoughts and feelings out. then let them go. its over and you have a new boyfriend. i hope it wasnt on the rebound. move on.

yes its fine .its because your ex is still on your mind,thats why he sometimes appears in your dreams,as long as you dont go as far as fantasizing your ex you should be okay
