It may be genetic, or you can try reducing your calorie intake on top of your excercise regimen, but not too much. If you drink, stop drinking for a month, and see if that makes a difference.

I am a fully qualified Vet and the best way or indeed the only way is to take it for a walk 5 times a day.
I think you may have to muzzle it as being rather fat it won't be able to run when bigger dogs attempt to give it a dam good rogering up the a rse but at least it's tongue won't go too far up any delinquent's orafice.

Some men have that kind of fat that never disappears.
Dont worry, you may change your diet, proteins are necessary.
Ask a trainer from your gym for a good diet.
Some times liposuction is the only way to get rid of that kind of fat.

you can't. sorry, btu taht's teh body you where given, some people can work out ther brains with minimal results. some people work out for a couple weeks and look better than those wroking out for years. it's all bout your metabolsim and body type...
