How long has it been since they passed stool? Are they eating and acting normally? Cats may have a reaction to vaccination, causing them to be quiet for a day or so. Please call your vet, since they know your cats best.

That should not constipate them. Canned pumpkin is okay and a little more tasty, but for better results and easier movement, smear some vasaline on their front paws. Cats hate anything on their feet and they will lick it off. Vasaline will not hurt them. You can also go to a petstore, etc. if you don't like that idea or to a local vet and get some stuff in a tube called "Laxatone." This is the same thing pretty much with flavoring and triple the price. If you do this 1-2 days most and bowels haven't moved, you should see you vet.

Yes, but make sure they go in the next 2 days. Otherwise slip some canned pumpkin or any type of ALL (and only) veggie or fruit babyfood into their dish. Gets them some extra fiber and helps things get moving again. Also cheaper than the vet :)

Try a little tuna, just a bit, that sometime works.
