I know this sounds crazy but I had dyed my hair a little too much a while back and the lady who was cutting my hair told me to try black hair products(i'm white). She told me a specific brand, it's a 30 second hair repair and it works, I just can't remember the name and I'm at work. If you want to know email me mandynjoseph@sbcglobal.net. Hope I helped.

Dove has a new line of Shampoo/conditioners out now called Dove Advanced Care. I have really dry hair due to coloring it all the time. I started using this shampoo and conditioner and my hair is really soft. I use the one in the dark blue bottle. But, keep in mind it's about $4 a bottle!

Aussie's Three Minute Miracle is still the best deep conditioner out there. It has a wonderful scent and will repair any damage done in only three minutes. You may want to also get a trim to eliminate the dry ends but that is up to you.

What i use after drying or straightening my hair is some After Party by Bed Head and all you need is a tiny bit on your fingertips to last all day. If your hair starts to look greasy try using less conditioner and not as much After Party

I swear by Joico products. I use their shampoo and conditioner.

Another tip: I know it may be gross by try to go without shampoo-ing for as long as you can (few days). The natural oils will build up and hydrate your hair.

If you constantly blow dry and flat iron your hair, try not to as often. Air-drying will decrease the heat damage a lot!

Also, if you've got naturally dark hair, but you've dyed it lighter or anything, go back to all one dark color. It'll look shinier and healthier, I totally promise.

good luck =)

That's what I use when my hair gets really bad. I color, and style my hair a lot and it works wonders. It's very inexpensive too!
