Don't go without a poop bag, you are being irresponsible. If you cannot handle that, then drop the dog off at the nearest shelter, you should not have a dog.

I'm sorry, do you have a bag I can put it in? When I walk my dog I try to keep a sandwich baggie in my pocket, that way if my dog poops I can clean it up. Hope that helps.

Apologize - absolutely & let the neighbor know that you'll return to retrieve your dogs poo...and make sure that you do just that. this will maintain your neighbors lawn, your level of respect & trustworthiness & your neighbor won't hate you or your dog. (which are all positives.)
& next time rem to take your scoopier with ya!

Apologise immediately and ask in a friendly way I'm terrably sorry he picked your yard to do his business and I forgot my scooper would you happen to have an extra small bag and I will clean this up right away.Never forget your pooper scooper!

you keep walking and next time you are walking your dog bring a poo bag and clean it up and always clean up after your dog why should other ppl who dont have dogs have to that is incredibly annoying!! i dont mind cleaning up after my own animals or strays but if its your animal be kind and clean up after it!
