as a general rule no more than 2lbs should be lost each week. You will find that as you get nearer to your target weight, the weight loss will likely slow down to about 1lb per week. Try and vary your exercise, walking is great but try also doing some sit ups and press ups to help tone you up as you lose weight. Just make sure that you check your bmi and find what your ideal weight should be as you dont want to become under weight.
good luck

Customarily it can be about half of to 2 kilos every week... The intent it is that little (comparatively) is considering that you are attempting to build up healthy habits in an effort to keep you at a healthful weight for the longer term... Usually if a man or woman (that isn't morbidly chubby such as you see on greatest Loser) loses more than that, then once they hit their goal weight and start to consume quite often (which is around 2000 calories a day to keep weight) then they're going to see a weight attain. Some men and women will lose kind of than these quantities (as a minimum at first) relying on their beginning weight and metabolism.

in many situations that's a pair of million/2 to 2 kilos a week... the reason that's that little (fairly) is because of the fact which you're attempting to construct up healthful behavior which will shop you at a healthful weight for the long-term... in many situations if a individual (that's no longer morbidly obese such as you spot on best Loser) loses greater desirable than that, then while they hit their purpose weight and start to consume in many situations (that's around 2000 energy an afternoon to maintain weight) then they'll see a weight benefit. some people will lose greater or below those quantities (a minimum of earlier each little thing) looking on their beginning weight and metabolism.

when following a proper diet and exercise routine in trying to lose weight, you shouldn't expect to lose more than 1-2 pounds a week. This is a realistic and healthy weight loss goal. You may experience higher results when you first start, Most often this is water weight. You also need to make sure that you have an adequate balance between your protein and water intake or this can also hamper your efforts.

1 or 2 pounds a week. Might be a little more to start with from water loss if you cut out junk food which contains a lot of salt. Any decent weight loss has to be a slow process and a change off lifestyle habits to keep weight off

That varieys for everyone your never garenteed to loose a certian amount each week on any diet. I usually loose the most the first two weeks of a diet and thats because you are loosing water weight first then after that it gets slower and slower for most. I lost 15lbs in one week my last diet!! and then all I would loose is 2 to 4 pounds after that. I think what is recommended is to loose 2 to 8 pounds a week you dont wanna loose to fast thats not healthy and it will make your skin hang more.

1 to 1 1/2 pounds per week is an average for what you want to lose. This is a Weight Watchers stat. Taking it off slowing will help in keeping it off forever.

The normal is about 2 pounds a week to lose.
if you lose it too quickly then it will just go back on.
you will probably lose more in the first couple of weeks as your body gets rid of excess fluids but then it should be a steady 2 pounds
