Eh, don't listen to the bored Yahoo's just trying to rack up points. Besides, they aren't anywhere near as spiritually advanced as you are.
That being said, I love lavender and chamomile myself. It's very relaxing. I also love white sage, frankinscense, and myrhh.

Not Wiccan per se, I'm Haegtessa.
*takes a look in his cupboard*
St. John's Wort, Lavender, Chamomile, Garlic, Ginseng, White Sage, Mandrake Root, Poppy Seed, Mustard Seed, Sandalwood, Star Anise, Bay, Thyme, Rosemary, Dragon's Blood resin, Cloves, Sweet Clover, Mullein, Bouncing Bet, Toadflax, Cannabis Sativa, Passionflower, Honeysuckle, Peppermint, Chinese Lantern, Bittersweet Nightshade, Cow Vetch, Crane's Bill, Dandelion, Mugwort, Vervain, Cinnamon, Dog Rose and dozens of others.
Out of them all, I probably use garlic, lavender, dog rose, mugwort, vervain and chamomile the most.
*quick tip*
For an incredibly effective headache ointment, place equal parts fresh lavender flowers and fresh wild pink dog rose petals in an airtight glass jar with just enough pure white vinegar to cover the tops of the herbs. Sit it somewhere warm, clean and dry but not in direct sunlight. Let it sit until the herbs lose all their color and the vinegar turns a dark purplish-pink.
When it's ready, strain and keep the liquids, burying the solids. When headache sets in, with the thumb of your right hand, rub a dab into the temples and brow with gentle, small, massaging widdershins circles. Repeat thrice this incantation if you wish to empower the essence of the herbs.
"Good essence loosed from sacred herbs,
Take from his/her/my brain, these nails of pain.
Take them away.
Rust them away.
Keep them away."
Can be repeated three times, once over the left temple, once over the brow, and once over the right temple. Alternatively, it can be said three times each to invoke the number 9.
Avoid broken skin (Vinegar hurts like the dickens) and try not to operate any heavy machinery, as lavender and dog rose both have sedative qualities.

My favorite herb? *grins* Cannabis.
And no, not trying to be a smartass. Cannabis does have some good spiritual healing properties.

If I have to pick only one, it'll have to be rosemary.
That's because it works as a substitute for ANY herb in an incense recipe that you don't have on hand, without altering the intent of the incense.

Rose and lavender my personal favorites. Very Victorian, very calming, rather comforting.
Like patchouli and sandalwood. Cedar... another good one.
Lots of choices, depending on my mood and what I am looking to accomplish.

Consider yourself attacked in a nice, non-threatening way!
I like the way lavander smells, but camomile is just downright plain and bad tasting. Bueargamont is nice, espcially in Earl Grey tea, but it make me ill.
Luck with the rest of your answers!

Lavendar has always been my favorite.
Essential oil for aromatherapy, Lavender flowers burning with Charcoal,
I even have a Lavendar cookbook! :)
Mint would be #2
Rosemary would be #3 (especially for it's healthy skin effects!)
