Running is great, some say walking is better though, not as hard on the knees in the long run. Either way you need some cardio. I recently started my diet, if you drink soda - just a tip - cutting that out will do wonders, well for me at least...good luck

Walking works great, go on a walk everyday for at least an hour at a time you will see changes right away. If you are trying to build musel try sit ups,yoga,things like that. But to loose fat walking is the best or run if you can.
