Please can someone help me… I have been trying to loose weight ,I follow jenny Craig’s diet ,I play badminton at lest 4 times a week……. But I am seeing no result ,haven’t lost even a pound .i got my thyroid check up,its also normal. I have no idea what’s wrong, I should have lost at least 1 lb…..
its been 4 months now…i am 28 and weigh 179 ht 5'6…..please help I am getting depressed now……

If you have been on this for 4 months and haven't lost any weight, then something is not right! What do the counselors at Jenny Craig say when you go for weigh ins? I imagine they would be concerned. If you are reducing you caloric intake from what it was before then you should lose weight. I would stop Jenny Craig at this point and have your Dr prescribe you a more effective and supervised program......don't stress or get depressed - that makes it worse! =-)

Okay, my dad told me that when you try to lose weight that you steadly go up and hit a platform where you don't lose weight for a while. However, that does not sound like your problem. You should try to work past the badmiton. Try something different or play badmiton for longer, to get your heart working. I wish you the best of luck with losing weight and I hope this works.
