it mainly hurts in the muscle or tendon between my hand and arm, right around my wrist...please advise something...

get some wrist brace, use ice, do stretches, and try not to use the computer as much. If you have to, take frequent breaks.

You should do stretches. One is when you place your hands on the floor, or something hard, and push. Then you flip your hand over and do it again. Count to 20 for each side of the hand. You can also press against another person so both your wrists can get stretched.

get a padded mouse pad the one that supports your wrist. also learn to use the other hand,trade off that way you can play twice as long.and another thing that helps is to roll up a bath towel and lay it in front of your keyboard to support your wrist&arms.

Massage is always good. That or some kind of muscle rub cream.
