Thank you to those who gave advice about teaching Islam to Christians in a Christan school. I was specifically looking for ideas for comparing the two religions in very sensitive and unbiased ways. My favorite idea so far is from "jwbyrdman." I went to the site that he suggested, http://leestrobel.master.com/texis/master/search/?s=.1&q=+Ergun%20Caner . I plan to show my older students the "Final Thoughts on Ministering to Muslims." The message in this short video states the exact message that I wish to deliver to my students and it emphasizes our job as Christians, which is to lovingly spread the word of Christ and to not judge (after all, the judgement will be left to God in the end- I am thankful that Christ has taken that burden off my shoulders).

I must state that I am a Christian (directed to those who question my faith). I also would like to state that I spoke with both our pastors, and they understand my concerns; our job is NOT to set the foundation of hate.

Why would you teach Islam in a christian school? it makes know sense. Islam is a false path to heaven. As a christian why would you risk other christians to follow a false path.

I was talking to a Moslem friend of mine who's a very senior scholar. He once said, ' Let's pray that all men in the world become Priests and all women Nuns.' I was like... ' Oh, what made him say that?' He continued... 'If they all become the Priests and Nuns, the world would seize. Because they couldn't get married.' He has a point. I know this is in no relevance with the question you asked. But, still, isn't that true what I just asked? Take care...

Why would we let Islam be taught in Christian schools. Would they have done the same thing in their Islamic schools. This is ridiculous and ignorant of us christians for letting them spread their blasphemous evil crap in the western world.

I would have to question why you would promote the exposure of your precious children to the enemy.

Treasury Agents do not study counterfeit currency.
They study the authentic so that the counterfeits stand out clearly.

Do you also have students study Mormonism? Jehovah's Witnesses? Buddhism? Eastern Mysticism? Native American Paganism?

Teach your children the Bible; they'll be exposed to other faiths soon enough. Prepare them for that time.

Leave our schools alone, if we wish to learn about Islam we will don't start throwing it down our children's necks, and b4 you get on your high horse i have Muslim friends, as for my own faith that is mine to deal with.
My parents taught and sent us to night school to learn about different faiths so that we could choose our own path.
I am sick to death of people trying to change our schools and and everything else that is ours.
I don't hate but i truly believe if you wish to learn then you will, leave our schools alone

I checked out your site. You should be ashamed of yourself. These people are not "good" Christians. They are hateful bigots--and you can dress their bigotry and hate all you wish--their un-Christian attitude still shows.

It is a tragedy that decent and well-intentioned young people are being misled by these liars. Please don't help them spread their hate.

The foundation of hate has already been set by the Muslims.

It's our job to make sure they can't build their buildings on top of the foundation.
