there are two, azteca, its on seventh street, after pleasant valley if your going west, they have great lunch and dinner. best breakfast by far is amaya's taco village in capitol plaza shopping center. the others restaurants that were listed in other answers dont even compare to these. amaya's has great lunch and dinner 2.

Chuy's is the best tex-mex in austin.also fun environment

Matts is Mexican food... but is AWESOME. I think its on Lamar.

don't know if they have one in austin but ABUELOS MEXICAN EMBASSY IS THE BEST
