I need to call potential customers in Mexico, and I want to politely ask whether anyone in their office speaks English or not. What's the best way to go about this? Thanks...

"¿Alguién habla inglés?" but if you want to incorporate this to a conversation it would go like this:

Buenos dias (good morning) puedo hablar con alguien que sepa inglés? (may I speak with someone who knows English?)

Mexicans do business with people who have good manners.

If you chose ANDY's answer: Change the verb "habla" to "hable" so that there is agreement betwen subject and verb.
