That is the key---keep it eye appealing and they will eat it. Its all about exposure----we should expose our children to all the foods and believe it or not they will eat most anything. But color, size, and small amount is the first step----taste is up to them. Baby carrort sticks, Brocolli flowerettes, Apples cut into pieces, Crackers with peanutbutter or cheese on them, and finally a cup of milk, but if they cant have milk try 100% Juice by Juicy Juice.

toddlers like to be in command of their food, so anything that their little hands can hold should be just fine. Think about string cheese, apple slices, chicken tenders, or french fries. I also have used cut up frankfurters and breadsticks. If they have teeth, then some carrot stix, celery and peanut butter, slightly steamed and cooled green beans, or edamame should be a good way to introduce them to veges.

As long as they are small finger foods, they will at least try it. The size has to be right first, then it is up to the toddler based on the smell of it. Mine won't eat something if he doesn't like the smell of it. He loves small sized snacks though.

I found some really yummy freeze dried fruits and veggies in the baby food eisle. They almost disolve in your mouth. Buttered toast is good, finely diced apples and carrot, nice and colorful, My daughter used to love when I would take a piece of bread, cut off the crusts, flatten it out a bit, put in butter and jelly and roll it up into a "twirly" sometimes I would make them with deviled ham too and sometimes cut it into slices

Well, one that my kids use to love, was Ritz crackers with small piece of lunchmeat ham(or turkey, or chicken) folded up on top of it with just a little square of cheese on top of that, slightly melted in the microwave and then served. Depends on if you want something that is more on the healthy side or just appealing to them. I recommend that you go to the Kraft Foods website. They have tons of recipes there. Another is those little refrigerator triangle shape rolls wrapped around a piece of hotdog or mini-sausages, that have been stuffed with cheese; place in oven and cook per the roll instructions and then serve.

Hot dogs rolled up inside crescent rolls after you bake them, slice them into quarters, so they are two bites. Serve them with chunky slices of apples. Good tastin' quick, easy and eye appealing.

well, my toddlers love peanut butter, jam sandwiches, cut out of cookie cutter shapes. Or, even grilled cheese with ham.

one that my mom always does for "the kids" was to boil and cool wheel-shaped pasta, dice ham into small pieces, and tomatoes and cucumbers as well, mix it together in a bowl, then give them a bit of warmed spaghetti sauce to "dip-dip" them in.

Also, dicing peeled apples, sliced bananas and halving grapes and giving them yogurt to dip it in was a favorite of my niece.

you can spread cream cheese on small ritz crackers and make sandwiches out of them.
