What is the necessity of eating when there is not hunger; what is the necessity of worshipping when there is no hell. People are just afriad of hell thats why they get born again and go to church.

Despite the fact that you are a liar... He who denies the Father & the Son is a liar and the truth isn't in him.

Some are saved by the Love of God and responding to Gods Love, and some are saved through fear. There is a hell and God doesn't want anyone to go there, so God lets us know what hell is all about sometimes. In that case, some are saved through fear.

i am truely convinced lol..i mean i wrote something on another persons page i forget what the question was but it was about god..and its the same diffrence i mean people believe what they want and you will never know if there's a heaven or a hell or even a god! people just believe what they hear, they think that the bible is good enough proof that "god" is real..and they praise him and i mean you could be a bum on the street and still be praying to god and if god's what got you there in the first place why are you a bum? know what i mean.. this is just nonsence.. people argue about the stupidest things there are more imporant things than is there a god, you should be arguing about what to feed poor people or how we're going to stop wars etc.

No, I think it gives people some level of comfort to believe in God. Some may believe because they don't want to go to hell, but I don't think that is true for most people who believe. This is just my opinion. I could be wrong.

I have a relationship with God. I am glad I will not be eternally separated from Him. When He revealed Himself to me, all I felt was joy in knowing that God IS, an incredible light that filled my being. Until it happens to you, its just to hard to explain. I do understand people's doubt, I had them myself a long time ago. :)

I do think some Christians are saved because of the fear of hell. Are they saved or not, only God can judge the heart.

I would say no. Usually people who don't believe in God don't care about hell and all that. When the Spirit touches them and they believe, it's usually because they realize they should have been doing it all along.
Plus I would say no because of the word "only".

No, I don't. There are many, many factors as to why many believe in God. Going to hell is just a very small part of it...

We are in hell. If satan rules earth, which he does, then we are in hell. Watch the news for proof of that. Most people beleive in God ( I knew I do for the reason) because they want to avoid being entangled in this system, in which the devil rules. Also for receiving that which is not receivable by normal or human means.

No I don't believe that. I do believe that is what keeps them in line. I believe that is something that makes it very difficult for someone to break away. But I don't think it's the cause. It's more of an effect.
