My buddy gets a red nose after eating spicy food....like a rash

Tell your friend to slow down, back of the plate a little bit, and use a fork...for cryin' out loud.

Just kiddin'....probably an allergic reaction to capsacin, the "hot" that is in peppers.

Maybe he's allergic
