The Bible has been miss-translated over the years. But I don't think this was so.
Here's an interesting new book on the subject of bible authenticity.
Bart Ehrman tells the story behind the mistakes and changes that ancient scribes made to the New Testament, and shows the impact they made upon the Bible we know today. Since the invention of the printing press and accurate reproduction of texts, most people have assumed that when they read the New Testament they are reading the exact words of Christ—as told to St. Paul.
For over 15 hundred years these manuscripts were hand copied by scribes, who were deeply influenced by the cultural, theological and political disputes of their day; not to mention the linguistic changes involved in translating from Greek to Latin to the various modern languages of Europe in use today.

It is hard to argue that the Bible has a mistake if you are using biblical quotes to show it.
1) Your Psalms quote uses a simile: "may be as corner stones." The Ephesians quote uses a metaphore: "Christ himself being the chief corner stone."
2) Ephesians has Christ being the CHIEF corner stone...not all corner stones (as Psalms has this term being plural).
3) Ephesians refers to Jesus as "himself." Hard to say "female" if he is a "himself."
So I would say "no," to both of your questions above.

And Joseph also went up from Galilee, out of the city of Nazareth, into Judaea, unto the city of David, which is called Bethlehem; (because he was of the house and lineage of David:)
5 To be taxed with Mary his espoused wife, being great with child.
6 And so it was, that, while they were there, the days were accomplished that she should be delivered.
7 And she brought forth her firstborn son,...

Daughters/corner stones... plural
Jesus/Chief Cornerstone... singluar and dominant.
It isnt either The Bible being wrong or Jesus being female. It's your ability to read and comprehend,

Sigh, nice try. Two unrelated passages, the first is not a messianic prophecy. the first is clearly talking about the joy that a parent has in their children. The second is talking about the foundations of the church.

"no" to both questions. "our daughter may be AS cornerstones"
"Jesus Christ himself being the CHIEF cornerstone"
There is no contradiction here.

Genesis 1:27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
What part of this scripture do you not understand? "He created him, male and female created He them.
God is male.
