Go To http://irs.gov, download form 3949A, fill it out, make a copy and send it back Certified Mail..You recieve a 10% Reward for every employer that is fined $1000.00 for each illegal found!

Isn't NYC don't ask-don't tell on immigration ? Which would prevent them from addessing imigration laws.
