That's something you have to choose for yourself, after much study and prayer, and fasting. I would choose a reference book at the library that has a short write up about all the religions in the world. Read through some of the big ones like the Abrahamic - based ones, some of the larger Eastern ones like Buddism, Hinduism, Taoism, to start out. Then weed out the ones you know don't meet with your beliefs. After narrowing it down to two or three "biggies" then delve in deeper, asking questions to real people and studying their holy books, visiting their services, etc. Weed out some more, delve in deeper to the remaining ones and keep repeating the process making sure you pray about each one. Eventually you will find the one that's right for you. It may take some time, so don't go into it thinking it will be a short process.

it is good to ask,it won't do you any harm, without asking, you will not get answers,do some research and go for one that goes well with science, that will bring you closer to nature,,,,most religion has a higher being telling you what to do and not to do,so why not do some research with one that tell you you life is in your own hands and it is not a religion,it is an education which can improve our inner self,to be in whatever religion or meeting someone, you have to have affinity,so to bond the affinity, you need the four good,be a good person,do good deed, harbour good though and say good things, you will get good people to sent the truth to you, check this out,http://www.server.com [what do you think,my friend],'The gift of Truth, excel all gift'go for one that tell you to ask questions,do not believe blindly, even what was taught by the great people , good luck

This is not a good question to ask the public, I suggest you ask your friends maybe, find something that you like and you will believe in. If you want go visit a church or read the qu'ran, or go visit budists monks or study the torah. Do not let someone you don't know across the world tell you which faith to believe in.

Read all of the sacred texts you can get your hands on. Not all of them can be true because they contradict each other. I have a feeling which one you'll eventually settle on.
Don't go for what's popular, what's most convenient, and what's most respected. In other words, look for truth, not religion. Once you find truth the religion part will take care of itself.

Can you answer these questions? 1) Who are you? 2) Where did you come from? 3)Why are you here? 4)Where are you going?
If you can't or aren't sure, look up: http://lds.org/sharefriend/1,14111,3724-1,00.html
or in your phone book look up The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. They will help you with those answers and any others that you may have. It is not the easiest religion. If it were, it would not be worth it. It asks for sacrifice and dedication, love and charity. If you want something of value and worthy to share with your family, I encourage you to go to either of these references. Good luck in your search, you are not alone.

It might be better to check what they all have to offer, no matter what you've heard about them. Go to them, ask questions that you are mostly interested in, get to know how it all works. Then go home and choose out of them by yourself a religion you think fits your viewpoints and way of life. Don't ask people to choose for you.

You could be a part of my religion. We base our beliefs on The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, the Guide for short.
We wait for the second coming of Arthur Dent. That will mark the destruction of Earth and the creation of Earth Mark 2. When he comes, we will greet him by calling him a jerk. A real kneebiter.
We worship our creators, the inhabitants of Magrathea.
We end all of our prayers with, "42!"
We meet in the bar instead of church. Interstellar travel is easier when the body is intoxicated. We also encourage the eating of peanuts to decrease the inevitable effects of a hangover.
Mice are to be treated with the utmost of respect. If you see any locked away in a pet store, you need to do you best to set them free before they become prey to the pet store snakes.
Feel free to contact me with any questions.

do not join any organised religion its all a form of suppression and mind control. Did you know that we get our word CHURCH from the scottish word KIRK which in turn came fron the roman word CIRCE which came from the greek MOTHER CIRCE who used to lure people into her fold, brainwash them and then feed off them.Religion is just the study of the heavens or astrology if you like.True divinity lies within oneself not witin the walls of organised criminal organisations(churches). The story of Christ is just a rehash of the story of Horus the egyptian God( which predates Christianity by 3000 yrs). The story and it is just a story has been rehashed about 16 times throughout the history of religious bigotry( probably going all the way back to the bronze age). You will only find the true light within yourself and you will only be offered a false light by religious misleaders- look within yourself. p.s Jordan Maxwell(Matrix of Power) is a man who has written many an eye opening book as is John M Allegro

Your going to have a lot of fun.
But I would remember if it does not make sense keep looking.
There is no sense for food restrictions today
Dress codes are demonstrations of humiliation and deeming.
Many are based in mass hysteria and mind control, you'd be better off attending a cocktail lounge with dancing.
