Gotta be the living room...warm and cozy. The walls, carpet and furniture are different shades of neutrals. The accent pieces (vases, picture frames, etc) are burnt red. The furniture is arranged in a circular pattern for easy of talking & entertaining. There is a somewhat private area w/a reclining chair, lamp & side table. The fireplace is the central element. Front door and three windows for ample ventilation. I took the TV out of this room to aid in keeping it neat and clean....great move!
The one change I would make are the curtains. They are too blah. I'd like a nice print. They are the same shade as the walls, so they just blend in and look a little boring.

Kitchen. I love to sit at my customary place at the table, over a cup of coffee, or a snack. Maybe look out the window or read. I can also see the living room TV from there.
I have a counted cross stitch picture that I framed, and a wonderful painting that I bought. I have my coffee mugs on peg racks on the wall. Decorative and useful. (Small room, not enough cupboards.) I have my measuring cups, spoons on pegs near the stove, along with some pretty hot pads and oven mitts.
Clean. Yep. Run my dishes thru dishwasher. Keep things wiped down. Sink is polished every night so it's clean and nice in the morning.
My kitchen is a pretty, comforting room, especially when there's something baking or soup on a back burner. Wonderful smells, then.

Currently, my bedroom. No posters. Its the room that has my tv and computer. In the cold mountains, it is more economical to heat only one floor or one or two rooms on the floor. I am retired and can live comfortably in my bedroom. The walls have family portraits, shelving and heirlooms.
I won't like my kitchen until I can afford to completely remodel it. Eventually, It will be all stainless appliances, gas stove and hanging pots, pans and utensils with open shelving instead of cabinets.

My formal livingroom...I had always wanted one and now I have it. It's always neat & tidy and the furniture is arranged so that it's inviting to sit and chat, there is no tv or any other distractions. Decor is conservative and warm, furniture is blue with very faint burgundy swirls in the pattern, tan throw pillows, blue lamps with cream shades, ivory walls with blue paper border, pictures of my family and a painting that my friend painted (picture of a man & woman walking down a stone path and the background is a lovely cottage & lots of pastels). And a few candles.

I would defiantly say my room, where I am now, just got a really nice new wardrobe, but i like it because I've personalized it so much with pictures and posters, which make it more then a room, its MY room... i think everyone should have a room like that...
If only i had a fridge in my room though...

My Living room, need to put a door so there isn't a draft from the hallway to the dining room also another pair of curtains in the dining room to make it look like another room and handles on the french doors so they don't open when someone comes through the front doors or patio doors.
Dining and living room are as one room and have been trying to separate them

My bedroom. Or rather, "our" bedroom that has mostly all my stuff in it! lol I like to have my own space and use it to potter about, on the laptop, read books, listen to music etc etc. Its very plain walls, but has bright pictures, and an orange bedspread. A bedside lamp is used rather than the overhead light - this gives a soft light (and hides the mess! lol) I like the window closed at night but my partner likes it open (even in winter!), so I have thick lined curtains to compensate. :)

My bedroom--hands down!!
Gets the best sunlight, describes my personality, has lots of memorabilia that dot my past, lots of books, lots of down comforter and down pillows on my bed with a mosquito net, has an ecclectic flavor, hard wood floors with an area rug. The room is full of color with a Near-, Middle-, and Far-Eastern influence.
