YES PEOPLE..... THERE ARE REAL FAITH HEALERS..... YOUTH GROUPS ARE LED BY ADULTS AND ARE CARRIED OUT IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER. IN FACT THE HEALERS WERE POOR SAPS WHO WERE NON -DENOMINATIONAL UNTIL THEY DISCOVERED CHRIST
I'm only 14 and I know more about my religion than some adults do....odd....

I'm not Roman Catholic, but it sounds like you'll be a great witness to Christ, to me.
And yes there is and was a lot of RC faith healers, look at Pio for instance.....get with the program people, there are Charismatic Catholics ya know.

Catholics typically don't put stock in personal revelations. I wouldn't think too much of it if I were you.
I have no idea what "walking to a golden glowing cross" could mean.
Since you are probably going to attempt deciphering meaning from it anyway, here's my two cents:
A 'cross' is usually synonymous with suffering or hardship of some kind. That this cross is "golden" and "glowing" sounds as if you are going to perservere over some alleged hardship, Spiritually speaking.

No idea. It could be literally (you will actually walk up to a Gold Glowing Cross), figuratively (the cross represents something, possibly religion) or s/he was just spouting off nonsense. I"ve never met a "healer" so I wouldn't know.

It is funny that you would group atheists and agnostics together in your comment. I have seen others put religious extremists and agnostics together before.
One reason that people get healed by healers is the psychological effect. If a person's emotion toward getting healed is strong, this person is very likely to overcome the illness.

It means one of two things:
1) You will have a conversion of heart, and truly accept the Lord.
2) You just got told something by a couple of people with a very vivid imagination.
Did you pay any money? If so, it is likely #2.
(Roman Catholic here)

You're a Catholic and you believe in faith healers? Your credulity over and above Catholic dogma is amazing!

First, Catholics are the last people you should be asking about such foolishness. Catholics believe statues cry, that Mary appears to children, etc. The Bible calls you to test the spirits whether they are of God, and to prove all things.

I hope it doesn't mean you will meet Jesus soon.
Truly, I think it probably means you will have a spiritual enlightenment soon. Perhaps become stronger in your faith?
BTW, I am an Irish/German Roman Catholic also.

Not a clue. I don't know what I personally believe about visions, but I am pretty sure that they are rarely what they seem.
