He (dumb guy) will write it out on paper to someone and then have someone read it to him (blind guy)

The dumb man is unable to speak, and the blind man is unable to read. However, the deaf man is unable to hear. So, the dumb man will write on a piece of paper, "The deaf man took your wife", and then will write on another piece of paper, "Will you read something for me?" He will show the paper to someone, and if they say, "Yes", then will show the other paper and the person will read it aloud, so the blind man can hear him. Either that, or the dumb man will write it in Braille.
