monday i was at work and had a sore throat. monday night i had chills, and i barely slept coz i still had a sore throat and a fever. tuesday i could barely get out of bed, and i had to lay in a tub of cold water because my fever got up to 104.8.
wednesday my fever was 100.3, and i was throwing up.
thursday i was feeling better, but still stayed in bed and rested. now today is friday and all i have is a little bit of a sore throat, no fever.
is it okay for me to go back to work or do u think that i am still contagious?

Better rest for one more day lady. For sore throat, dissolve two pinch of table salt in one glass (200 ml) of luke warm water & gargle with it... repeat the process after 6 hours.

Well thats a hard one, did you see a doctor yet?. You may have had strep throat and for that you need an antibiotic to get rid of and if you are not on one then you better not go to work because you could pass that around to people. If you are going to loose your job for missing so many days then you should go many people work when they are sick thats just a part of life and being grown up. But if you'r worried about getting others sick then go see a doctor you should have gone when your fever was 104 thats a high fever not good. Hope u feel better!

Sounds like it's probably okay to go to work. If your fever returns, ask to go home early.
