Good question. This is the reason why I cannot believe the universe was ever created. The existence of God would demand an another unnecessary entity.

Since the Universe has always been in existence, I´d say He evolved from a mixture of chemicals many billions of yeas ago.

As the next in line, so to speak, I have often asked this question, and been disappointed with the reply.
God was created by mankind to fill a need. He has many names, but in all religions he is omnipotent, and regarded as a benefactor.
This is all absolute tosh.
He does not exist.

Biggod created God. The church people refuse to believe in Biggod. The church people who deny Biggod are nothing but atheists in drag.
