that's normal..lol
1: you don't know what the doctors are going to do, or how long it is going to take.
2: how much is it going to cost this time
3: What if someone is really sick in front of, or on me?
4: Those unruly kids, will mom ever shut them up, or make them sit? I don't want their slobbering on me, no it is not cute!
5: You must be careful not to move form your seat, or you could possibly be standing for a while.
that is only 5 that come to mind in no time at all as to why I would get nervous...
Have a good evening

Absolutely! I have anxieties at the hospital. I don't know why but I always have. I have a heart condition known as Supra Ventricular Tachycardia which basically means that my heart beats really fast. At home my heart rate is usually at around 90-100 beats per minute. When I go to the store and things its around the same, but at the hospital, dentist, and doctors office it always jumps horribly! It goes up to about 160 bpm, which is actually quite dangerous. So yes it is very normal to have anxieties about the hospital!

HAHAHHAHA! It's prefectly normal. I slipped on ice and hurt my back and foot and I went to Emergency Room and my blood pressure was somewhat normal but my heart rate was 130 because I was so nervous. Even though I knew they weren't going to do anything but x-rays and give me pain medicine LOLOL! I'm laughing because I thought that I was the only one like that.

Most patients are nervous, when they have to visit a hospital. It's
normal, especially if you're young and not well conditioned to the rough and tough world of a major city hospital.
That's why, patients are often encouraged to visit their community hospitals, when and if they should need medical care.

it is normal. I feel nervous just going for a simple check-up.
Nothing to be scared of though. The doctor doesn't bite.

It's normal. In time you can learn to control your nervosa so your BP doesn't get so high.
I used to have the same problem, but now I have a breathing exercise that I do everytime I have to go the the hosp, get blood taken, etc. It really works.
