no it doesn't matter, if you love someone, you tell them, always, often, if they do not return the sentiment, then you will have issues, but whether you're first or second, as long as you tell them, thats all that matters

Some people believe that whoever says the L word first basically traps themself into being vulnerable. If you do feel that way, then there is a problem in the relationship. Because normally, it doesn't matter who says it first if you truly mean it. If your relationship is blossoming and you feel love for the other person, then say it!
One way to kind of 'sneak' the L word in is to respond to a joke your significant other says with, "You're so funny! I just love you!" See what the reaction is, and then either drop it for the time being, or spit your best love poems right then and there.

The right time is when you know that you really love the other person. If it's the 2nd date, and you already think that, you probably need to stop and think about it. Alot of times we want to love and be loved so bad that we fool ourselves into believing that we are in love.... so just make sure you know for sure. Why would it matter who says it first? If you are just waiting for someone else to say it first, it has nothing to do with being in love... your just looking for it.

There is no correct time to tell someone. The time is whenever your heart says it's time. It doesn't matter who says it first, but be sure that who say it first that the other doesn't say it just because.

I don't really think it matters who says I LOVE YOU first but make sure that it isn't too quick because if you truely love this person and you tell them that you love them to early then you might scare them off. You will know in your heart when it is right to tell a person that you love them.

NAH! I dont think it matter who says it first. If the guy truly loves her then he will say it and if she loves him she will say it.

nope that should never matter. as long as your sure and you know how you feel, dont be afraid to say it. even if your the first to say it. always say how you feel.
