I am 5'5" and 110lbs. I am pretty skinny and I have a small butt that is a handfull. I'm happy with the size of my butt except I have some dimples on the bottom part of my bottom. I am a very motivated individual that loves to run, but I would love to get rid of these dimples. I am willing to work out to up to an hour a day in order to get my "dream butt." I am meeting with a guy in 3 weeks that I really like and I would love to have as close to a perfect butt by then. I know squats and lunges are great. Can any personal trainers give me a specific routine out there, that will most quickly burn off these dimples!!! Please help me, I would really appreciate it. :)
