okay i like this girl and she is a student at my job. And she plan on becoming a Pharmacist and i work in the pharmacy. The problem is next week is going to be her last week working at my job. And i want to at least get her phone number before she leave. The only reason im scared is because my ex girlfriend is always coming to my apartment uninvited and i dont know if she still want to be with me or not but i dont have feeling for her anymore but i dont want to hurt her. And the girl i like is Chinese and im Black which can make the situation a little harder for me.

You should be straightforward with your ex and tell her that although you care about her, you do not want to be romantically involved.

I would tell the girl you like, that its a shame she is leaving and you would definitely like to hang out after she quits. When she says okay, then ask for her phone number and give her yours. Good luck!

You have to pick a girl and go for her. If you pick the girl at your job, then (nicely) tell your ex you've moved on. Make sure you only pick one girl, or else jealously will get in the way, and you're left with neither. I am friends with a few asian girls, and I know some asian girls are attracted to black men, so its possible.

You like who you like and it doesn't really matter what race or religion you are. If you both like each other than what does it matter. You need to confront your ex-girlfriend and tell her that you don't have those kind of feelings for her anymore, just be very gentle and tactful.

Too much drama!!! None of that other stuff really matters. Just ask her out - if she says yes - great - if not move on. At least you can stop wondering if it could have been.

well you can always ask.. you have nothing to loose..you guys can start to be friends. then time will tell what happends..and your ex needs to get over you. why did you guys brake up if it was still going to be the same way....tell her that you have to move on..and she needs to moveon too.

good luck
