For a newly qualified driver, insurance premiums can be astronomical, so pick a car with a low rating.
Go for a Toyota Aygo/Citroen C1/Peugeot 106. They are all basically the same car, insurance group 1, and extremely economical on fuel.

Whatever is available three years from now. Right now, I'd work on mastering English and keyboarding skills. You might try some exercises to increase your short term memory, too.
