No. The sugar content is too high and will rot their teeth. Dogs shouldn't eat any type of candy.

you shouldn't be giving your dog any candy or anything that is not intended for dogs. There are lots of diffrent types of dog treats that you can buy anywhere so there is no reason why you should be giving you dog licorice.

Dogs can eat what people eat just don't give him stupid amounts of it, People saying don't feed him (HUMAN FOOD) buy him treats are wrong because what's in those treats is ingredients that humans eat aswell as dogs. It'll be fine giving him liquorice as a treat every now and again, My dog loves toffee and she eats that as a treat every now and again. Hope that helps.

A little piece wouldn't harm him but any more could hurt his tummy cuz there body wasn't meant for that type of food and it wouldn't digest properly n could end up painful if to much

Yuck, I wouldn't eat it LOL My Vet said that dogs could not have:

Chocolate

Onions

Grapes (or raisins)

When I asked about toxic foods, she also said that pork in general was not really good for them, but not toxic.

no.. sugars should be kept away from all pets. but it wont hurt the animal if it's a little. for example- my cat loves strawberry ice cream and my horse eats my pp&j sandwiches after a long ride.
