That's like breaking up with someone because they got tan or because they lost their tan and won't go tanning in the winter. Or because they get into an accident and have a scar on their cheek. Or she cut her nails short, instead of keeping them long and "feminine." Or she shaved her crotch once, and she now look prepubescent. To be fair, he's doing her a favor. That's the sign of a controlling person and they tend to abuse you down the line.

well honey if your girlfriend is going to break up with you over something like that, then she obviously doesn't love you. i think you should cut your hair however the hell you want to. She'll either break up with you or stay with you and hate the hair cut. She could be trying to scare you out of also.

Cut and keep you hair the way you want to.Your girlfriend should be with you cause she likes who you are not what you look like.The worst thing in a relationship is one telling the other what to do. You should be able to do what you want ,as long as there is trust in a relationship thats what is most important.She may be surprised and really like your hair shorter.Don,t go and shave it off though ,just to teach her a lesson.

Keep this in mind she won't break up with u, but why do u feel
the need to go so short? Are there some other issues here?
A power struggle maybe? Compromise go not to short, let her
get use to it then maybe take it down alittle more next time.

If she trying to control something as personal as your hair I wonder what else she is trying to control. I say do what you want with your hair and if she doesn't like it and is going break up with you because of it then she really doesn't love you and is not worth your time and effort in a relationship.

hehe.. my cousin said the same thing to her bf.. i'm sure she wont break upwid u for that... but dnt cut it at all to show her how much u lik her... and that leaves u with a "get out of this relationship" plan.. if u wana hav a break up later on.. cut ur hair too short =)

If she is willing to break up with you over a hair cut then she may have wnated to break it off all alone. This is too petty for a break up, it is deeper than the hair cut. Look deeper than the hair cut.

thats not a very good girlfriend if shes just going to break up with you cause you cut your hair too short. do whatever you want its your hair. you should leave her if shes being so shallow

I had my ex tell me to let it grow, she tried everything she could, and I didn't budge. She stuck with me, but that is how I like my hair, so how you are is what she has to accept and like, and if she doesn't, then she doesn't. But breaking up over hair is pretty weak, I think she might be trying to see if you will listen to her, don't compromise yourself, you'll only regret it later.

She's obviously not in it for love eh! Shave it with a razor, silky smooth. When you show her your new do, hand her a towel or something and ask her to polish your new shining dome......LOL.....that'll F@CK her!!
