look my dad put me on birthcontrol like a week ago and i am NOT i repeat NOT sexually active! and i told him that put he still insists on me taking it! and i just don't know why! i mean i don't know if he thinks i am lying to him! or is he just trying to protect me? there are 11 girls in my skool who r pregnant most of which are freshmen!(i am a freshmen too) so just does someone wanna tell me why!

He's probably doing it just in case. It's better to be safe than sorry! And there's a possibility that you'll be sexually active sooner than you plan to, anyway... and plus, birth control helps your period and acne and all that stuff... and it's only birth control, just know that your dad cares and take it.

also he knows that high school is when most people decide to have sex
Don't be mad at him he is protecting you from the tragedy of an abortion or teen pregnancy
