The first day it ruptures, it's mild, similar feeling to constipation.
the second day, it is more prevalent, similar to the flu.
the third day, it hurts, dont do situps get punched. it is a distraction.
the fourth day... get to the hospital QUICK!!! you wont feel normal at all the whole day.
(excruciating)
After just recently having my appendix taken out, i know a little something about it. When i first noticed the pain, i was actually walking up and down stairs, and then i had an extreme urge to go to the bathroom. (#2) That was on a thursday... i had cramps in the lower right side of my belly.

At this point, day # 1, it was just annoying

By saturday, they still did not go away. At this point, i was unable to comfortable do physical activites for long amts. of time. it was annoying AND distracting.

On Sunday, i went to the doctors, they did do an exam... which is just him taking your blood pressure, doing rebound checks, and then taking blood tests. if your white cell count is high, then you may have appendicitis. The white ceel count will be high if there is an infection. surgery is easy, but done best imediately after the ... uh....prognosis?

a quick thing you can do is lay on your back with your arms on the ground, and your legs straight out. raise your right leg towards your belly, and if u feel pain, u might have appendicitis.

as for the surgery, it hurst only the first day or two. (can't sit up at first)

it differs really. do this: lie flat of your back. have someone press your lower abdomen toward your back and release quickly. you will feel pain (rebound pain) after the area has been released. you now know that it is your appendix. i have seen mild to severed. fact is, eventually and soon, the pain will be severe. the problem is ignoring this pain could result in systemic infection (all over) and this could possibly cause death.
