You can tell her you love her, want the best for her, and are worried that she'll go back into a bad relationship. Ask her if it was you what would she want you to do? OK, for one, I'm a bit on the crazy side and I think you should get a tazer or a gun and if he shows his face, pull it out and wave it under his nose and say that if he didn't stay away from your mother, you'd be more than happy to use it on him.
There's nothing that says "stay away" like a daughter with a gun or tazer cause most daughters will use one without thinking.
