i had a pecie of chicken a peanut butter sandwich and a glass of skin milk then i went out for a 35 minute run did i eat to much

No, Im 20 and I can eat proably twice that. Im 5'9 and 150-160 depending on the time of year. Your just an active hungry kid too.

No. That's eating healthy. Protein and milk is good for you and a 35 minute run is even better. Don't worry about it.

No, my son can eat twice that..shoot maybe 3 times more sometimes, especially when he is running cross country.

If you're at a healthy weight, then you should be fine continuing what you do, at least for another 10 years or so :o)

No....is not much...u could eat as much as u want but just practice sports to stay in shape.

not at all but you should of ate it after your run because that meal is high in protein and protein is best after a workout
